Lidya Rivera-Early is a seasoned Program and Project Management professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Springfield College. Giving back, empowering others and building relationship are very significant to Rivera- Early and she blends this all at her current role. As the Director of Community Engagement at Springfield Technical Community College. The foundation to her life is family ~ her husband, one son and two daughters. Rivera-Early loves to serve and help others improve their lives. She is passionate about helping improving the offerings @ STCC and making more educational and training options available to all in her community. She is an alumna of LPV’s LEAP Program and co-founder of Volley for the Valley
