Jason Randall is Director, Human Resources at MGM Springfield, where he leads day-to-day local HR operations for Western Massachusetts only casino resort. Jason has his Bachelors from UMASS-Amherst and Masters from Amherst International College. Jason is involved with Springfield Works and Springfield Business Leaders for Education. He is an alumnus of the LEAP Class of 2013. Jason resides in Belchertown with his wife, Viktorija, and daughters, Aleksandra and Anastasiya.
