LaTonia Monroe Naylor is President & CEO of Parent Villages and organization she helped found. Previously, she was the Director of Springfield College’s Americorps Program. She received her Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy and Certificate of Board Governance and Volunteerism from Bay Path College in 2012 and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Elms College in 2003.

LaTonia has co-founded two nonprofit organizations; (2018) Parent Villages Inc., (2006) VITAL Center, Inc., and advised several nonprofit start-ups, she currently serves as an adjunct professor at Springfield College and Worcester State University. She is an alumna of LPV’s LEAP program Class of 2016.
